»Respect people's vote:Senior Maoist rebel leader Baburam Bhattaraitold the BBC in an interview the constituent assembly would haveto have sovereign powers to decide on the fate of the monarchy. The Maoistswould have to respect the decisions of the assembly if elections to itwere "free and fair".
